Delivery Information:

• Delivery is fast into the Sydney, Melbourne, & Brisbane Metro areas, where most of our suppliers are, to provide efficient services.
• However, we do offer delivery to other areas across Australia, but this will be subject to items that could be at risk of getting damaged in transit.
• Please note some items must be delivered in flat pack only, however, most do have assembly options.
• Our delivery is to the ground floor and the upper level is via LIFT access. If via Staircase access, an additional cost will be incurred, please confirm before making a purchase.
• If shipping is required to Upper Levels, via Lift Access, you will need to select at the Cart before proceeding to checkout. (Lift size & Lift Door Opening size – will be required to make sure items will fit).
• Our delivery for some items for example training & visitors chairs, steel filing cabinets and steel storage will come as pre-assembled (call 1300 707 022 or email [email protected] before ordering to confirm).
• We use freight and courier companies, as items may be sent from different supplier warehouse locations and goods may not arrive at the same time.
• Due to OHS and State Laws, drivers are not required to lift items over 25kg, however assistance may be required to unload by the customer.
• Where items are large and heavy will require delivery on pallet etc via Tail Lift service, which will cost extra.
• Please note if delivery occurs via freight company, they will not be responsible for the removal of any pallets and crates from the premises.
• If your delivery area is outside of Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane metro, please use the quote function for a quick free quote for delivery to your area.
• Normal delivery lead time 5-10 working days, subject to stock availability.

Assembly Information:

• Assembly service, we use preferred assemblers and installers with excellent knowledge of office furniture, in each metro areas of Sydney Melbourne & Brisbane.
• However please note some items must be delivered in flat pack only, but most do have assembly options.
