Shipping and Handling

Our delivery service is during business hours Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
The goods will only be dispatched until full payment has been received and cleared. Usually within 3 to 7 business working days subject to stock, back orders and availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods or expecting long delays we will inform you as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

If you order multiple items from our website, you may receive multiple deliveries shipped by multiple freight carriers as items may be sent from different supplier warehouse locations.
Any date and time indicated by the company for delivery is an estimate only and, whilst every effort will be made to deliver on time, the company will not be liable for the consequences of any delay.

Upon arrival of your package, please inspect to confirm all items are included and note any damage to the box as well as any damage to the item itself. If you feel that the damage to an item or a box is too severe please refuse the package. There is no need to refuse all delivered packages if most are in good condition.
The customer shall be required to notify the seller of any delivery damages or shortages or faulty goods within 48 hours of delivery, if a customer fails to notify the seller of any delivery damages or shortages or faulty goods within this time frame, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted delivery of all products in good condition.

You may be required to send us images of the damage or faulty parts for further assessment. The company will give you the option to arrange a replacement for part/whole of the item, or provide you with a refund. Any refund is made back to the payment option you chose with your original order. Please do not attempt to return the items before speaking with the company as you may be responsible for any associate expenses.

The delivery services where its stated delivery and (or) assembly, our teams will transport the goods to a room of your choice and remove all packaging. This service is generally reserved for fully assembled items and gives you the opportunity to check all items for any signs of damage as you will be asked to sign that the items have been delivered in perfect condition.
Please note that once you have signed for the goods you will not be able to claim for damages afterwards. The company shall take all reasonable care whilst working at the customers site please note that any damage to your property is to be covered under a claim of your household insurance as we are unable to accept any liability for any damage to possessions or property during delivery and (or) assembly.

Delivery cost for Sydney Melbourne Brisbane Metro– to calculate your delivery costs, please add items you wish to purchase to shopping cart and use the shipping calculator with your delivery post code. Delivery costs are based on the number of items, weight and delivery post code.
Standard Delivery does not include taking items upstairs or in lifts or any unpacking only to ground floor as flat pack, unless otherwise stated.

  • Our delivery is to the ground floor and upper level via Lift access. If via Staircase access, an additional cost will be incurred, please confirm prior to making a purchase.
  • If shipping is required to Upper Levels, via Lift Access, you will need to select at the Cart before proceeding to checkout. (Lift size & Lift Door Opening size – will be required to make sure items will fit).

Delivery to all other areas including interstate will be subject to freight chargers in flat pack. (Send us your enquiry with post code and delivery details)

*Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

The company will charge customer for any other delivery costs for re-sending if incorrect address was provided or delivery could not be accepted on the day of delivery.
